Poor Toby! Hopie was taking him for a walk on his leash, when Toby unexpectedly stepped off the curb into the street, right into the path of a speeding car! The car was going way too fast, hit Toby in the shoulder and kept right on going! We rushed him to the vet, where Toby limped around the clinic to give it the once-over, then laid down for the rest of the visit. The x-ray showed greenstick fractures in both bones of his left leg. So now our little obsidian tornado hobbles meekly around the house and rests a lot. Poor thing!
