Yes, it's a tiny Motorola c115. I just stopped by and picked it up at a Movistar booth at the mall. They just put a SIM card in it and activate it. Took 15 minutes, tops. All Tim has to do is buy a card with $3 or more of minutes on it, and he can make calls. Regardless, he can receive calls at any time for free. That's why everybody in the world has a cellphone in Panama!
