Had a quiet weekend. Made some cheeseballs rolled in nuts! Swiss, cheddar, American, they are so good. Gary makes them (well I did all the chopping and grating). We're keeping them all this year. Last year we gave a few out as gifts, but folks weren't sure what to do with them. One person sliced it and made a couple of cheese sandwiches out of it! EEEK!
The kids are getting excited about Christmas. I've only got a couple of things left to pick up for Katie and then I'm done! I'll probably spend tomorrow baking cookies and making fudge... we're having our ladies Christmas party on Tuesday night so I want to get some of the goodies made for it. Christmas had better get here soon, the tree is looking pretty sad! Ha! Hope and Katie are so tired of trying to fix it, that they both insist we get an artificial tree next year!
