And on the seventh day . . .

We had a couple of really good services today at church. Later, when we got home, the fried chicken and potato salad were yummy... especially since I didn't have to cook them today, just got to sit and eat! Had a nice nap in the afternoon and pretty much just enjoyed the whole Sunday.

Toby is a stinker! We let him outside to play now several times a day in the front yard. We lock the gate (and we have a six-foot wall) so he can run around free... Actually, it's a good way to advertise that we have a dog here to deter robbers.

Oh, Toby's just a regular dog, I think, with lots of energy at his age. I just don't have a lot of patience for that stuff. I like dogs like the ones I had when I was a kid, Monster and Butler, who behaved themselves...Ha! Of course they were outdoor country dogs. Who knows what they would have gotten into if they'd been indoor dogs!
