Crocodile Lisa?

We had a good day here, a couple of good church services today. I made some homemade beef stroganoff for dinner. I'm trying to recreate a really good recipe I had before the house fire in Colorado. Unfortunately I lost the recipe in the fire and haven't been able to find it again. So I made a combination of a couple different recipes and some stuff from memory and it came out really good...but not QUITE as good as my old recipe so I'll have to keep fiddling with it till I get it right.



Apparently they're going to be short some tour guides here one day next week and my friend Roxi asked me if I'd do the kayak tour! I told her there was no way they could pay me enough to go kayaking with crocodiles! Unlike Timmy, I don't think being eaten by a crocodile would be an interesting way to die! I'd only go kayaking with crocodiles to take the Gospel to some indigenous group in the jungle...not to show a bunch of tourists a good time! Ha!


Oh, they may look cute when they're little . . .
