I baked another ham today, (I didn't get enough of the last one I guess), so I picked up another small ham. I just cooked it "grandma style" with the Coca Cola and brown sugar glaze and it is tasty. I confess though, I really get it for the ham sandwiches on rolls afterward! I couldn't wait, and made myself a couple after church tonight...yum! Then Friday, I'll boil the ham bone with some Great Northern beans and make corn bread to go with it. And Toby will be happy to have another nice bone! It's gotta be tastier than that schoolbook he ate last week! Fortunately I was finished using it...but still! I didn't think he could reach it, but he stretched his lead and got a hold of it! We've been trying to exercise him more and are working with him still on his indoor manners. It's slow going, he just wants to play with everything!
