Of snakes and soles . . .

This morning when Gary was heading out the door to go to prayer at church, the neighbor lady stopped him and told him to be careful, because there had been a snake in her front yard earlier... yikes! As far as I know most of the snakes here are poisonous... so we'll have to keep an eye on things. Especially Toby, as we put him out front in the day.


Katie and I tried out the new foot products my sister Lynn sent us and gave each other a nice pedicure... that stuff is great! Our feet are so soft and smooth now!

Tonight for supper I made fried milanesas (hand-breaded beef cutlets), Mexican rice, refried beans and tortillas. Fast and easy... Now we're going to have some cheesecake and tea!
